The person who was my interface was Linda Konecny
Linda is very nice and very cute
I told Linda that my car would go out of gear while shifting
On December 20, 2011 I took the car in for a checkup
I had 197,048 miles on the car
This check up did cost me $139.53
To fix my car up to spec they told me that I needed this work and parts
TRANNY = 658.99 + 478.05 + 40.39 = 1177.43
VALVE COVERS = 795.99 + 183.49 + 15.50 = 994.98
FRONT COVER PLUG = 204.99 + 28.80 + 2.43 = 236.22
AUX FAN HARNESS = 342.99 + 138.00 + 11.66 = 492.65
UPPER P/S HOSE = 152.99 + 65.81 + 5.36 = 224.36
SHIFTER BUSHING = 60.00 + 14.96 + 1.84 = 76.80
BREAKE FLUID =114.95
BRAKE SWITCH = 230.99 + 37.05 + 3.13 = 271.17
TRANNY COOLER LINES = 204.99 + 389.77 + 32.93 = 627.69
TOTAL BILL = 4216.25
I told them that I could not afford all that, please just fix my problem so I can use the car
I just left the car there because I have been out of work sense January 2009
On December 30 2011 I was able to get the 1491.94 that was owed on my car
I picked the car up and drove it from Denver to Meeker on that day
As I drove up the first big mountain west on US-70
I decided to give it more gas to cause a down shift on the hill and guess what?
IT WENT OUT OF GEAR
THE PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED
I finally got it to go back into gear and drove back to Meeker
The next day or so Mercedes emailed me a questionnaire on how I loved the car work
I told them that I paid 1491.94 for nothing because they did not fix my problem
On January 5 2012 Mercedes brought me a new 2011 car to drive
And they picked up my car and took it away to fix
After a day or so Linda called me back
She said that they are looking at and attempting to fix the parts that have a problem
If this does not fix my problem
I would have to replace the transmission for about 3500 dollars
After a week Linda called me and said that they fixed my car
I asked her how much will it cost me?
She said that there was no cost to me
I said "I LOVE YOU"
Linda did not say anything
I said Thank you thank you thank you
I had them drive my car out to give them that really nice car they left me use
I THEN DROVE MY CAR FOR SEVERAL HUNDERED MILES AND IT'S WORKING PERFECTLY
I am so happy that I used Mercedes to work on my car
I can tell you that they are the very best people in the world to work on your Mercedes
